We had two garage doors and openers replaced. We are very happy with the results. The staff helped us with our selection, the installers were very professional and the doors are of a high quality.

Good product well installed. Would like a better way of opening door from inside.
Was not told about the month long wait for the door until all was decided.

We want you to be 100% satisfied so I reviewed your order and see that you have a T-Handle lock installed on your garage door. These open from the inside with a handle that you turn downwards to disengage the lock. Typically these are pretty easy to use. The other way is to simply pull slightly on the cable that comes from the locking mechanism and the door lock will disengage and then you can lift the door. Please try this and see if that's easier for you. You can always call us if you have further concerns, we will be happy to help you.Installed product:
