We did have an issue with a dented panel, which took 4 weeks to replace. The only complaint (minor) I would have would be not being able to connect with my home WiFi to access with my smart phone.

Thank you so much for your review. We apologize for the dented panel, unfortunately, garage door panels can get dented during transportation from the manufacturer and handling. We do our best to get the replacement panel on order right away and get back out as soon as we can to make it right. Also, your garage door opener absolutely has the capability to connect to your Smart Phone, this is a process that the homeowner must do as our installers do not touch homeowners smartphones as an APP must be downloaded and an account and password must be created. We can help though, I will send you through email a youtube video link that shows you step by step how to get this set up on your phone. It's really quite simple if you follow the steps. A knowledgeable salesperson (Bill), an on-site visit for a quote (Monty), and expert installation (Mohammed). Everything done exactly when it was scheduled. The advice from Monty to put full sized windows down the middle of each door was something we didn't even know could be done. He showed us on his tablet and we loved it. Now that it is done it looks absolutely amazing - we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

From our initial contact with Dee in your showroom, to the visit by Monty to provide us with a quote and then the installation by Scott, we found the staff at The Garage Door Depot to be very professional and courteous. As this was our first experience replacing garage doors, we had several questions that were patiently answered. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service provided and quality of our Garaga doors.

In both instances I had to contact the company to get the correct information. The door looks great and works well.
